JANA MAGGINETTI INTERIOR DESIGN CREATES INTERIORS that focus on comfort and livability
ABOUT JANA MAGGINETTI
Growing up as a native Californian has given Jana a unique perspective of West Coast living. In the early years being influenced by a mother who embodied style fashion became her first love and she spent her early career with high end retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. The spark of passion for exquisite craftsmanship came with her first exposure to an Oscar de La Renta beaded jacket with a breathtaking beautifully molded shoulder. Falling in love with the exquisite craftmanship of the couture gown she moved to the design and manufacturing side with a tenure as General Manager of Michael Casey Couture. The years in fashion gave her a depth of knowledge in textiles, color, proportion, and craftmanship which she now translates to her design of living spaces. After acquiring her interior design degree she partnered with a long time friend to start Van Dillen & Fung Interiors and later segued into her own firm. A lover of unique and beautiful fabrics as well as highly crafted furnishings she loves the process of bringing this together in a way that emanates the personality of each client. Jana seeks out beauty in travel, her home & garden, nature, art & architecture. On the weekends you will find her tending to her garden or walking along the craggy Carmel coast with her dog Oliver and husband Steve.
