Nestled snugly in a precious neighborhood of older distinctive homes this distinguished Tudor longed for an updated interior. The family was ready as well, bursting at the seams, the best solution for them was to build out their unused attic space. The new third floor allowed for an addition of a private bedroom and bath. This was not the only positive outcome but the change in the third floor allowed for the reconfiguration of the main floor, turning the stairs and moving the Kitchen and Dining Room made way for a family room large enough for everyone and created easy access to their beautiful backyard bordered by a creek, mature trees, and blooming hydrangeas.
